Open Training

Our Open Training is a traditional way of training, it is different because it includes everything you need: a full-body workout that's fast, effective and fun, Head coach will work with you every single session one on one, which is not very usual on a regular gym. Show up at your convenience; there are no class times on Open Training Hours.


All levels Muay Thai/Kickboxing

Muay Thai is a combat sport that originated in Thailand which uses stand-up striking and clinching techniques. Muay Thai AKA “the art of eight limbs” combines fists, elbows, knees, and shins. These classes are open to all members from beginners to advanced.  The instructor will adjust combinations for all levels. Students will learn stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees, elbows and the defenses to these techniques. The classes are also used to build up cardio fitness and strength. If you are looking to just get into shape by doing something different and be able to protect yourself in a real life situation or you are getting ready for a professional fight, Wu Training Studio Muay Thai program will help you reach your goals.


Beginners Muay Thai Class

This program focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai. This includes stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows and the defenses to these techniques. It will also increase your flexibility and strength while quickly and easily dropping those unwanted pounds. Increase your conditioning, focus, and stamina.


Kickboxing Conditioning Class

The class is non-contact, using fighter training methods in a circuit class environment, with the aim to to prepare the participants for the physical demands that combat sports  place upon its athletes. This extremely high paced and high intensity class.

The class begins with dynamic warmups, mobility based movements, and then we get into the class emphasis of the day which varies from more strength work to energy system training. Followed by a cool down and stretch, as well as discussion about application of exercises as it pertains to combat sports.
