One-to-one therapeutic assisted stretching session
Therapists at Wu Training Studio use a therapeutically effect system of assisted stretching with resistance. It is different from traditional stretching as it stretches multiple joints and muscles simultaneously rather than a single joint or muscle resulting in a reduction of pain and discomfort.
Coaching different people from active athletes to people with some disabilities, we saw an unfulfilled need for assisted stretch therapy. Everyone can enjoy the table based stretch from youth to senior citizens. Stretching Sessions combine the best from workouts, physical therapy, massages, yoga and Pilates. And many people prefer it better than massages.
